Barça are all set to officially present their first signing for next season. According to the newspaper ‘SPORT’, the club has already organised the signing of Pablo Torre’s contract for Wednesday 15 June at the Camp Nou, where Joan Laporta himself will be present.

The ceremony will take place behind closed doors without the presence of the media, a replica of what happened a few days ago with Sergi Roberto.

Although the signing was made official in March through Barça B’s social networks, the club’s idea is to give him first-team treatment because Xavi Hernández will take him into consideration for the pre-season. His contract will be for four seasons with a termination clause of 100 million euros.

On the other hand, his emoluments are still unknown, although it is estimated that they will not be high as he is a reinforcement for the reserve team.

The coverage of the event will be handled by Barcelona itself, who will be in charge of broadcasting the images and the midfielder’s statements.

The Barcelona president will be in Geneva on Tuesday to present an agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and will return to Catalonia in time for a presentation that will probably be held at midday.

On Monday, the club informed the Racing Santander player that his signature will be signed this Wednesday, just when he was in Barcelona. His visit during the weekend was to find a house where he will settle with two friends for this new stage in his sporting career.
