The joints are one of the most important aspects of the skeletal system because they hold the skeleton together and allow us to move from one location to another.

These joints can be ball and socket, hinge, pivot, or ellipsoidal at their most basic level.

According to medicalnewstoday, the number of joints in the human body is determined by several factors, including the presence of sesamoids, the age of the individual, and the definition of a joint.

However, the human body is thought to have between 250 and 350 joints, and because nature is constructed in such a way that everything depreciates or wears out to varying degrees, the joints in the human body are not immune to this rule of nature.

Different Types Of Joints

According to medicalnewstoday, Osteoarthritis is a disorder that happens when the protective cartilage that cushions the ends of the bones breaks down over time.

It is one of the most frequent age-related joint problems in the human body.

It is the most common type of arthritis, afflicting millions of individuals worldwide. While it can affect any joint, it is most commonly found in the hands, knees, hips, and spine of those who are affected, especially those in their sixties and beyond.

While it’s true that a variety of variables can contribute to osteoarthritis, what a person eats and how he or she eats can go a long way toward preventing the age-related condition.
