According to her, she got married in the 50s to her late husband who was her teacher. She Conceived her first child and delivered but after 6 months the baby died.
Thereafter, she conceived once and miscarriage when she was 3 months pregnant. They later tried to conceive but it never happened. Years later, they started visiting the hospital but after some tests, it was confirmed that their blood group was not compatible to bear a child.
One day a white man who was a missionary visited their home accompanied by their kids. They innocently asked them where their kids were to play with their kids.
When they explained their situation to them, they also told them that they had the same condition and they adopted their two kids. Her husband was interested and asked them to guide them on how to go about it.
According to her, she asked her husband to marry another woman to bear children with but he refused and warned her to never mention that to her again.
They managed to adopt 4 kids who were very young and raised them and educated them as one of their own. They are now grown-ups who have married. She is now a happy woman although during that time it was not easy not to have a child of her own..<<CONTINUE READING>>
