Since Guardiola took over, the club has dominated Arsenal, winning 13 of their 16 meetings.

Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has admitted that he may bring in a midfielder before Tuesday’s transfer deadline due to “concerns” about Mohamed Elneny’s injury.

Leandro Trossard has already joined Arsenal from Brighton for a fee of £26 million, and the Gunners have also signed Jakub Kiwior from Spezia for a fee of around £20 million.

But they might have to bring in another player amid fears that a knee injury could rule Elneny out for the season.

“There are concerns, particularly because Mo is a player who never complains about anything.”

“He had some knee issues that we are currently assessing, and we will have to see how he evolves,” Arteta told reporters on Wednesday.
