Musa, speaking on behalf of the team, urged the president to stop watching them on TV and join them in Ivory Coast for the ongoing AFCON 2023.
Expressing gratitude for Minister Enoh’s encouragement ahead of their AFCON Round of 16 clash against Cameroon, Musa emphasized the desire for President Tinubu’s physical presence, stating, “We don’t want him to watch the game on TV anymore; we want him over here [Ivory Coast] to come and cheer us together. So this is our own message to the President.”
