The Gunners’ supporters group have been central to an increase in the atmosphere at the Emirates over the past couple of seasons. But their latest snap online has been mocked by rival fans after it emerged on social media.

One fan tweeted: “Blurring out their faces as if they’re wanted criminals. The worst crime these lot have committed is being called the “Ashburton Army!”

“I remember going away with my school for my first DoE trip as well. Bless them,” a second joked. While one Leeds fan joked: “Scared me anyone want my ticket?”

A fourth said: “Somebody actually went and designed that flag. Then, somebody went and ordered that flag. Then they went back and collected that flag and at no time did they think to themselves, my God, this is incredibly childish. Grow up, boys.”
