Vanguard reported that Atiku and his running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa, as well as Senator Ayu are on ground for the protest. According to findings, the PDP stalwarts and supporters have converged at the Legacy House, Maitama, where they would march to the Electoral Commission’s headquarters.

Vanguard also reported that one of the PDP chieftains, Ibrahim Bashir, had, for the Director General (DG) of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Governor Aminu Tambuwal, written to other leaders of the opposition party to invite them to today’s peaceful protest.
