The former Manchester United football club of England star has been doing pretty well for the club since the beginning of the season, and he was able to impress again on Saturday night.
Odion Ighalo was given another starting role in his team’s attack alongside Mali national team star Moussa Marega and Brazilian star Michael Richard Delgado and the trio were impressive in the game.
Argentina star Emilio Zelaya opened scoring for the home team in the 3rd minutes via a penalty kick, and Musab Fahz equalized for the away team in the 36th minutes via an assist from Odion Ighalo, before Mansour Hamzi put the home team ahead again in the 40th minutes to end the first half 2-1.
Matheus Pereira equalized for the away team in the 75th minutes, and Moussa Marega made it 3-1 in the 80th minutes before Odion Jude Ighalo scored the last goal of the game in the 90+2 minutes to end the match 4-1.
Odion Ighalo was superb for the away team throughout the whole duration of the game, and he was able to mark his excellent performance with a fine goal and an assist.
The goals against Damac FC has now marked Odion Jude Ighalo’s 20th League goal of the season, and he is currently his League’s highest goal scorer.
