1. Taking things too personal.

Taking things too personal is one of the worst habits that could be bad for your mental health. When you take every interaction you have with different people and how they really feel about you, it could affect your mental health serious.

5. Sleeping too much

Sleeping less has some side effects on the mental health but sleeping too much also has its own side effects on our mental health. So it is best to avoid both.
