Clotting is a natural process that prevents your body from bleeding excessively when you are injured. Blood clots that form in certain areas and do not disintegrate on their own, on the other hand, can be detrimental to your health. A stroke happens when a blood clot stops the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain.

A blood clot in the brain can cause a variety of symptoms (stroke)

A stroke is caused by a blood clot in the brain. Blood clots can form in any part of the body, including the brain. When this happens, your blood can’t get enough oxygen to your brain, causing hypoxia. Without a consistent flow of oxygen, brain tissue cannot survive, and hypoxia can result in severe symptoms and even death.

All of the symptoms of a stroke are caused by a blood clot in the brain, including:

1. Immobility Paralysis

2. Arm, face, or leg numbness or weakness, typically on one side of the body

3. Difficulty communicating or comprehending others.

4. Slurred speech

5. Confusion, disorientation, or a lack of responsiveness

6. Sudden changes in behavior, particularly greater agitation

7. Troubling in walking.

8. Vision difficulties, such as blackening or blurring of vision, or double vision

10. Dizziness.

11. Sudden, severe headache with no apparent cause

12. Convulsions or seizures

Even if these symptoms arise and disappear rapidly, you should seek immediate medical attention. A transient ischemic attack can cause stroke symptoms that come and go. These are likewise caused by blood clots, but the clots dissolve or do not completely block blood flow to the brain.

Preventions of stroke (blood clot In the brain).

1. Reduce the salt in your diet, ideally to no more than 1,500 milligrams a day (about a half teaspoon).

2. Increase polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats in your diet, while avoiding foods high in saturated fats.

3. Eat 4 to 5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day, one serving of fish two to three times a week, and several daily servings of whole grains and low-fat dairy.

4. Get more exercise at least 30 minutes of activity a day, and more, if possible.
