The reasons for their departure ranging from the quest to try something new to expiration of their current contract.

Here are five top players in Europe that has announced their departure this summer.

1. Corentin Tolisso:

Corentin Tolisso will become a free agent on the expiration of contract on June 30, 2022. The midfielder has already announced his departure from Bayern Munich and will leave as a free agent.

Corentin Tolisso is a technical midfielder who will thrive in a team that play possession football. With rumoured Frenkie de jong move to Man United, Barcelona could sign Tolisso for free to replace the Dutch midfielder.

2. Isco:

Isco Alarcon will go down as one of the players that won it all on club level. A five times Champions League winner, 4 Fifa Club World Cup and 3 Laliga titles, there is nothing Isco hasn’t won in his career.

After enjoying a trophy-ladden career at Real Madrid, Isco had decided to try something new in his career and will leave Real Madrid at the end of his contract.

3. Robert Lewandowski:

Bayern Munich striker, Robert Lewandowski has expressed his desire to leave the club this summer. The Polish forward wants a fresh challenge and has begged Bayern Munich not to hold him back.

He said: “My era at Bayern is over. I don’t see any possibility to continue playing for this club.” “I don’t want to play there anymore. A transfer is the best solution. I hope they don’t stop me.”

Although Bayern Munich don’t want him to leave for cheap as they requesting for a transfer fee above £50m. Barcelona are the leading candidate for the striker and Lewandowski will fit in well at Barcelona under Xavi.

4. Sadio Mane:

After the Champions League Final loss to Real Madrid, LIverpool winger Sadio Mane has announced his intention to leave Jurgen Klopp’s side this summer.

The Senegalese international during an interview revealed that 60-70% of Senegalese fans wants him to leave Liverpool and he is going to listen to them.

Liverpool on the other hand won’t allow Sadio Mane leave for cheap as they value him around €50M and would prefer him to leave for free in 2023 than to accept €30M this summer.

Bayern Munich are one of the teams leading the race in Sadio Mane signing and the German club is the perfect place for the Senegalese winger to join this summer.
