The first food you need to stay away from is red meat. Red meat contains high amount of cholesterol which builds up and blocks blood flow through the blood vessels. Apart from blocking blood flow, it can also cause heart disease or stroke. whatever you do, stay away from red meat such as goat meat, beef, and lots more.

2. carbonated beverages

The second thing you need to stay away from if you are 40 years old is carbonated drinks because they can cause diabetes due to the high amount of sugar in them.
