The promising talent had confirmed his exit from the Machester based outfit on Instagram in June even though Man United’s official website revealed he had been offered a new deal.

The 19-year-old preferred to try his luck in Spanish top flight & becomes the 3rd player to leave the 20-time English Champions for Almeria in three campaigns.

Svidersky follows in the footsteps of Arnau Puigmal, who left United for Almeria in 2021, and Largie Ramazani, who left the club in 2020.

In May, both players helped Almeria secure promotion to La Liga, where they would compete against teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona during the 22/23 campaign.

After the Slovakia youth international declared his intention to quit the Old Trafford club, Ex-United Youth coach, Nicky Butt, a sent him his best wishes.

Last month, Svidersky revealed that he was planning to join a Spanish outfit o the Slovak publication, Sportnet.

He said: “ The Spanish League came to me as the best option for my growth. It’s a chance to play men’s football & get more playing time under my belt.

It makes sense in certain ways. Since he was aware of the chances given to Ramazani & Puigmal, he was presumably realistic enough to realize that he would probably not get opportunities at the Red Devils.

If he had stayed, he would probably have been sent out on loan, which often only postpones the inevitable.
