He added that the presidential results have not even been uploaded fully, pointing out that out of 176 polling units, only 162 polling units have been uploaded.
According to him, “Emerson said, what you do is speak so loudly, I can’t hear what you say.” And that’s my reaction to the INEC chairman today. What you did in the last election has spoken so loudly that we cannot hear what you’ll say as regards the use of BVAS any longer.
What you’ve done has spoken so loudly that we can’t trust you even when you say you’re using the BVAS or the IREV because, as of today, everybody should go and check the IREV portal; they’ve not even completed the uploading of the results.
Out of the 176,000 polling units, they’ve just uploaded 162,000 polling units. So before the INEC chief can say they’ll use BVAS, he should go and complete the uploading of the results first.
