Falana pointed out the irony in society’s response to allegations against three women accused of stealing N44 billion. He emphasised that when leaders in society are involved in criminal activities, it’s unrealistic to expect younger individuals to be virtuous.

According to him, “If the leaders in this society are criminals, you don’t expect young people to be saints. Currently, we are harassing women. I’ve seen a lot of rubbish on social media because about three women are suspected of having stolen N44 billion, so all of us are saying this woman, this woman.
