1. Preventing or Reducing Raynaud’s Symptoms;

Raynaud’s is a disorder that affects the skin’s blood vessels. When a person is chilly or agitated, they are more likely to have an attack. The blood supply to the arms and feet is reduced during a Raynaud’s episode, causing the toes and hands to become not just cold but also numb and tingly. The feet may turn blue or white in certain cases, but wearing socks to bed helps to alleviate and even prevent the symptoms.
