The transfer window has been open for a few months and there were meant to be more signings that Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly arriving at the club
But Chelsea have been unable to sign the players that they really want – with targets rejecting a move to Stamford Bridge and joining other clubs – and players simply not wanting to leave their current clubs

However – it is Kilamn that Chelsea are now reportedly interested in signing this summer in a deal that could cost the club just £17 million if you believe the words of’transfer insider Dean Jones.
When asked about centre back alternatives after the disappointment of missing out on Jule Kounde, he told GIVEMESPORT: “There are other players that they’re interested in. I think Max Kilman might be one of them at Wolves, so that might be one to look out for.”
