Mikel Arteta has been heavily reliant on his first 11 players and has been advised to make more acquisitions as the Gunners are looking for their first title since 2004.
1. Youri Tielemans
The Belgian has been in contact with Arsenal and with 6 months left in his contract at the King Power Stadium, Leicester City might fancy the chance of selling the star to Arsenal this transfer window.
The player could be acquired for 15 million pounds after being valued at 25 million pounds at the end of last summer. Arsenal could find stiff competition from Newcastle United for the 25-year-old.
Arsenal has been in touch with the Belgian in recent seasons as they have tried to sign Leicester City’s central midfielder all to no avail.
However, with a potential title victory at the end of the summer and a UCL qualification can draw the player to the Emirates.
2. Mykhaylo Mudryk
Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk is expected to be an Arsenal player in a few days as Arsenal according to reports has agreed in principle to sign the winger for 75-80 million pounds in the January transfer window.
The reports state that the initial payment from the Gunners would probably exceed £50 million, but the two teams have not yet reached a definite agreement.
3. Sergej Milinkovic-Savic
Lazio is willing to let Sergej Milinkovic-Savic depart on a loan agreement for just £8.8 million with a £35.5 million mandatory purchase clause for the summer. However, according to reports the Gunners face stiff opposition from Juventus.
If Arsenal signs the player, it will be a boost to the Gunners in the central midfield has they need depth in that area.
