Brentford are lining up a move for Denmark striker Kasper Dolberg, according to reports, STEVE GOODMAN WRITES.

Brentford’s Danish boss Thomas Frank is now thought eager to add Dolberg to his compatriot-filled squad.

The Bees had EIGHT Danish first-teamers last season, although star man Christian Eriksen could leave for Manchester United after becoming a free agent.

And Dolberg, who won the league and cup double with Ajax could now become Brentford’s latest Scandinavian import.

Bale serenades Los Angeles crowd

Gareth Bale serenaded his new fans with a megaphone and was drenched in water as he was officially unveiled by Los Angeles FC last night.

The 32-year-old agreed a 12-month contract with the MLS side after being released by Real Madrid.

Bale touched down in the States for LAFC’s derby clash with LA Galaxy at the Banc of California Stadium.

And he was quick to join in the celebrations with his new team-mates after they beat their neighbours 3-2.

Bale was presented to the LAFC fans ahead of kick off and received a standing ovation from the sold-out crowd.

No bids made for Cucurella

Brighton have not received a transfer bid for Marc Cucurella amid links with Chelsea and Man City.

That’s according to Seagulls owner Tony Bloom, who wants the “tremendous” defender to stay put next season.

Bloom told the BBC: “Marc is a tremendous player, a tremendous person. He’s brilliant for the dressing room.

“The players love him, Graham and the coaches love him, I love him, the fans love him. He was unbelievably good last season, his first season in the Premier League.

“We’re hoping for more to come and we haven’t had a bid for him.”
