The French midfielder is approaching the final year of his contract with Juventus who are looking to cash in on the player should a suitable offer be made for his services.

Arsenal To Sell Promising Defender

Arsenal will sell promising centre-back Daniel Ballard this summer, should a suitable offer arrive for the defender. The Gunners have held talks with the 22-year-old’s representatives recently and GOAL confirmed that both parties have now come to a mutual agreement about his future. They have decided that Ballard will be made available for transfer, but only if the north London club’s valuation is met.

West Ham to exercise Areola option

West Ham are expected to exercise the option to sign keeper Alphonse Areola on a permanent deal from PSG. Areola joined on loan last summer and started 11 of West Ham’s 12 Europa League games as well as all three Carabao Cup matches and three further FA Cup games. His option price understood to be in excess of £10m and PSG are keen to do a deal.

Villa considering a move for Diego Carlos

The Athletic has reported that Aston Villa are looking at signing Sevilla centre-back Diego Carlos in the summer transfer window.

Since joining Sevilla in 2019, the 29-year-old has played a big role, helping the team win the Europa League in 2020 and qualify for the Champions League next season.

Forster undergoing Spurs medical

Fraser Forster is having a medical at Tottenham ahead of his proposed free transfer. The goalkeeper is out of contract at Southampton this summer and is poised to sign for the north London club.

Forster was at the club’s training ground on Wednesday under going medical checks and, if there are no unexpected problems, he will become a Spurs player on July 1.

Barcelona to formalise Raphinha interest

Official: Warrington signs new Everton deal

Everton Under-23s midfielder Lewis Warrington has signed a new two-year contract with the club until the end of June 2024. The 19-year-old impressed for the young Blues during the first half of the 2021/22 season, before joining Tranmere Rovers on loan for the remainder of the campaign.

Warrington caught the eye with the League Two club, making 17 appearances and helping Micky Mellon’s side to a ninth-placed finish.

Official: Elneny signs new deal with Arsenal

Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny has signed a one year contract extension with the club. The former Besiktas midfielder has put pen to paper on a one year deal with an option to extend for a further year at the Emirates stadium after months of speculation.
