According to reports, Chelsea are stepping up their efforts to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in an attempt to defeat Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United in the transfer window.
Chelsea are willing to pay the €130 million release clause of the Nigerian striker in order to strengthen their offensive department, according to Rudy Galetti, who has identified the player as a top target.
