Arsenal are set to table a £100 million ($127m) bid for West Ham captain Declan Rice amid rival interest from Manchester City.

The Daily Mail reports that West Ham are expecting a new bid from Arsenal for their captain, after a recent offer worth £90m ($114.4m) was rejected.

The Gunners know that they must get closer to the Irons’ valuation amid the rival interest from the Premier League champions.

Chelsea rejects Man Utd third bid for Mount

Chelsea have just rejected Manchester United third bid for Mason Mount, according to Fabrizio Romano. It hasn’t met Chelsea valuation — as Chelsea counter offer is £58+7m to get it done.

Chelsea have also offered to meet in person to resolve in everyone’s interests.

Bournemouth complete Kluivert signing

Bournemouth have confirmed the signing of Netherlands international Justin Kluivert from Roma. The 24-year-old has signed a long-term contract at the Vitality stadium and has joined the club for an undisclosed fee.

AFC Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said: “We are delighted to have made Justin our first signing ahead of the new season.

“He was coveted by a number of clubs across Europe and his arrival is a sign of his ambition, which is matched by ours.

“Justin is an exciting and versatile attacking player who has an eye for goal. He is pacey, direct and boasts a high level of technical ability.

O’Shea joins Burnley

Burnley have announced the signing of Republic of Ireland international Dara O’Shea from West Brom. O’Shea joins the club on a four-year deal – keeping him at Turf Moor until at least 2027. The Dublin-born defender played over a hundred times for the Baggies, including their 2020/21 season in the Premier League.

Neves joins Al-Hilal from Wolves

Wolves have confirmed the departure of captain Ruben Neves to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal for a club record £47m. The 26-year-old Portugal midfielder scored 30 goals in 253 appearances during his six-season stay at Molineux.
