According to Marca, Man United are still not sure of landing their choice Midfielder this summer as the transaction is stalled yet again even after the improved bid as been presented. Reports says the new United’s offer of £56 million for Frankie de Jong has yet been rejected.
It is believed that Barcelona are demanding £63 million which United are not offering. United’s new Manager, Ten Hag has admitted that de Jong should be brought to United as part of his plans to solidify the midfield but as transfer proceedings looks, United are unlikely to get their Choice midfielder who still have Contract with Barcelona.
If report by AS is anything to go by, Cristiano Ronaldo could be tempted to leave Man United this summer as he is currently monitored by Bayern Munich. AS reported that in a bid to safeguard Baryern’s Striking role as Robert Lewandowski’s future is hanging in the balance, Bayern Munich have made the move to bring Old War Horse, Ronaldo to the Allianze Arena.
With the fresh signing of Sadio Mane from Liverpool, Ronaldo could also be tempted to join the German side in order to reduce his work rate depending on a strong squad as Bayern. However, no official bid has been presented to United but Ronaldo is understood to move to a Champions League bound Team for next season’s Campaign.
