Barcelona are willing to offer Mason Greenwood Lionel Messi’s iconic No 10 shirt to help sweeten their £40million summer swoop for the Manchester United forward, according to the Sun.

Greenwood has impressed multiple top European clubs with his fine form while out on loan at Getafe. Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are among the other teams credited with interest in the 22-year-old, who has seven goal contributions from 14 La Liga games so far this season.

Chelsea are monitoring Torino star Alessandro Buongiorno as they look to further strengthen at centre-back in the January transfer window, according to The Sun. Inter, Juventus and Roma are all interested in getting his services.
