Well, Edward Nketiah once again remained Arsenal’s available choice to handle the striking position as he put up an awful performance against Tottenham.

The English International was guilty of missing three big goalscoring opportunities in the match which could have easily sealed the game for the Gunners.

His positioning inside the box was brilliant but when it came to finding the back of the net, the 23-year-old fell short greatly in that aspect for the Gunners in this game.

Well, I believe his awful display in the match justifies why he shouldn’t be compared to Gabriel Jesus in the Arsenal team. Edward Nketiah was in blazing form just recently for the Gunners which earned him compliments from Arsenal fans. Some Arsenal fans went far as comparing him with injured Gabriel Jesus saying he is a better finisher than the Brazilian International.

His performance in this game clearly opposed that statement after being very wasteful in front of goal for Arsenal against Tottenham. If Gabriel Jesus was in his position, I strongly believe he would have scored a least a goal for the Gunners in this encounter.
