1. Jules Kounde
Since last year, Sevilla defender Kounde has been heavily linked with the club. It’s reported that Chelsea will be going all out to get his signing this summer due to the recent departure of Antonio Rudiger.
If they eventually manage to get his signature, he would be one of Todd Boehly’s first signings at the club.
2. Ousmane Dembele
Ousmane Dembele has not reached a contract renewal agreement with FC Barcelona and it’s reported that Chelsea is keeping tabs.
If they manage to convince the Frenchman to the club, he will surely be one of Todd’s first signings.
3. Robert Lewandowski
Robert Lewandowski has indicated his desire to leave his club this summer. With Romelu Lukaku being linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, Chelsea could convince Lewandowski to join the club.
