1 – Jorginho: The Italian Midfielder has not been an impressive player so far this season, he has been struggling in the Midfield of the team and he should not be a regular starter for the team the team again. He has not been able to perform up to expectations at Chelsea football club this season.
He is always struggling whenever the opposing team is attacking with speed, he has not been offering anything to the team in terms of defence. But that is one quality that a central Midfielder must have. The coach drop him to the bench so that he can use a better Midfielder for upcoming matches.
2 – Cesar Azpilicueta: The Spanish defender is ageing and he is certainly not able to perform at optimum level again, he is now fun of making errors and that is not good for the team. The coach should stop using him because there are better and younger defenders in the team who can replace him effectively.
He gave away a corner kick during yesterday’s defeat and his poor clearance from the resulting cross went straight to Romeo Labia who wasted no time in scoring. His performance in recent matches has not been impressive in any way and he needs to be dropped to the bench.
3 – Kai Havertz: The German attacker was once again a very unimpressive player for Chelsea football club as they last to Southampton at Saint Mary’s stadium. He has been struggling since the start of the season and it is now necessary the coach to replace him with a natural striker like Armando Broja.
Kai Havertz was easily caged by the defenders of Southampton Football Club, he could not make any attempt to score a goal yesterday and he was very quiet in the attack. The coach should not use him in upcoming matches because he lacks the ability to put pressure on defenders.
