The 2022 Countach LPI 800-4 Is An Icon Reborn
For Lamborghini fans, the Countach is a name that holds a lot of historical significance. The original Countach debuted in the ’70s and set the supercar world on fire thanks to its futuristic wedge-shaped design and powerful V12 engine.
This design language and V12 power combo was such a hit that it has influenced every Lamborghini flagship sports car since.
50 years after the original Countach debuted, Lamborghini decided to honor it with a special version of the Aventador known as the Countach LPI 800-4.
One of the things to know about the new Lamborghini Countach is that it uses the same 803-hp hybridized V12 powertrain as the 2019 Sian FKP 37 and has styling elements inspired by the original Countach.

The 2023 Mercedes-AMG One Brings F1 Technologies To The Road
Red Bull has been dominating the F1 racing scene in recent years, with Max Verstappen obliterating every other driver in his way.
However, that wasn’t the case a few years ago, as Mercedes-Benz was on top with the legendary Lewis Hamilton behind the wheel.
To celebrate multiple championships, Mercedes-Benz decided to build a special hybrid supercar with various F1-inspired technologies, resulting in the Mercedes-AMG One.
The Mercedes-AMG One is a testament to how far hybrids have come. It uses a complex hybrid V6 drivetrain that produces a combined 1,049 hp, allowing it to be one of the fastest hybrids ever made with a 219-mph top speed.

The 2023 T.50 Is The McLaren F1 Reincarnated
To many gearheads, Gordon Murray is an icon who has helped shape the supercar industry. Murray is best known for conceptualizing and co-designing the McLaren F1 in the ’90s, which is considered one of the greatest British sports cars ever made.
Like most other visionaries, Gordon Murray always wanted to build supercars under his own brand, so he established Gordon Murray Automotive in 2017 to do just that. The first GMA model is the T.50, and it shows the automaker means business.
Looking at the T.50, it’s pretty obvious that it draws a lot of inspiration from the McLaren F1. It has a similar design featuring butterfly doors, a central driving position, and a naturally aspirated V12 engine.

The 2023 Jesko Has A Nine-Speed Multi-Clutch Gearbox
In 2017, the Koenigsegg Agera RS set the production car speed record when it hit a top speed of 277.87 mph. The SSC Tuatara attempted to break the top speed record in 2022, but although it did not accomplish its goal, a 295-mph top speed is still nothing short of impressive.
Koenigsegg wants to beat the record of its Agera RS, which is why it built the Jesko Absolut to go after the top-speed production car record.
The Jesko uses an upgraded version of the Agera’s 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 mated to an in-house developed nine-speed multi-clutch gearbox known as the ‘Light Speed Transmission’. There will be two versions of the Jesko – the Attack and the Absolut – with the Absolut having crazy theoretical top speeds of up to 350 mph.

In 2017, Hennessey decided to start building its own cars from the ground up, and just four short years later, its dream was realized in the form of the Hennessey Venom F5.
The Venom F5 was Hennessey’s first proprietary vehicle, but it’s impossible to tell just by looking at it. That’s because the Venom F5 has a superb design that makes it look right at home next to the Paganis, Lamborghinis, and Ferraris of this world.
The Venom F5 is also one of the most powerful cars in the world as it makes 1,817 hp from a bespoke 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8.

The Chiron Pur Sport Can Reach 1.6 Gs In Lateral Acceleration
Although the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ currently holds the official top speed record for production cars, the Chiron Pur Sport is arguably the most extreme Chiron in terms of track performance.
Like other Chiron variants, the Pur Sport relies on the legendary W16 quad-turbo engine. However, one of the things that gearheads have to know about the Pur Sport is that it is a track-focused car.
The Pur Sport’s suspension is 65% stiffer at the front and 33% stiffer at the rear compared to other Chirons. Armed with track-tuned dampers and carbon stabilizers, the Chiron Pur Sport is highly responsive and very precise at high-speed corners, capable of a lateral acceleration force of up to 1.6 Gs.
Only 60 units of the Chiron Pur Sport were made, and all have been sold out for a starting price of roughly $3.6 million before taxes.
Performance Specs
Powertrain | 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 |
Horsepower | 1,478 hp |

The 2024 CC850 Makes 1,366 Horsepower On E85 Fuel
Build it, and buyers will flock in their droves to splash out $3.65 million. Koenigsegg designed the CC850 hypercar as a birthday gift to owner Christian Von Koenigsegg limiting numbers to 50 cars.
But, demand for the fast Swede outstripped supply, encouraging Koenigsegg to extend production. Call us cynics, but we suspect the extra $70 million in revenues might have played a part.
More than just a self-indulgent birthday gift, the CC850 is unlike any other hypercar today, as it is set to be the fastest track car with a manual transmission.
When speaking to CNET about the CC850, Christian Von Koenigsegg claimed that the manual transmission creates a level of excitement that makes drivers want to drive it more. Borrowing the twin-turbocharged V8 from the Jesko, the CC850 is super powerful.
Buyers with access to E85 get the full 1,366 hp versus 1,189 hp on regular pump gas. Either way, the CC850 is on target for a top speed beyond 280 mph.
Performance Specs
Powertrain | 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 |
Horsepower | 1,189 / 1,366 hp |
Torque | 1,022 lb-ft |

The Sian was based on the Aventador but had several modifications to set it apart, such as Y-shaped headlights inspired by the Terzo Millennio concept.
The Sian uses the same 6.5-liter V12 as the Aventador SVJ but has an electric motor that boosts output to 808 hp. With only 82 examples built, it’s no surprise that the Sian costs almost $4 million.

The 2019 Chiron SuperSport 300+ Can Reach A 304 MPH Top Speed
No list featuring expensive cars in the world would be complete without a Bugatti, and any of the Chiron models qualify. The Chiron has been a great servant for Bugatti ever since it replaced the fabled Veyron in 2016.
It looks better than the Veyron and uses a quad-turbocharged W16 engine that produces over 1,500 hp. Of all the Chiron models you can buy, the 2019 Super Sport 300+ is arguably the best especially if you value speed over everything else.
As the name suggests, the Chiron Super Sport 300+ is the only car in the world that can go past 300 mph, a feat Bugatti claims it achieved with a pre-production model in 2019..CONTINUE READING>>
