1. Constantly Sweating
Perspiration or sweating is one of the first symptoms when your blood sugar has dipped too low. Your physician may offer medication, exercise, and dietary changes to help you manage the disease.
2. Confusion
When your blood sugar levels are too low, disorientation may occur. There is a possibility that you will begin to slur your speech or lose your bearings. In extreme situations, you may experience a seizure, a coma, or even wake up with no memory of the preceding hours.
3. Constipation
Due to chronically high blood sugar levels, your stomach and intestines may become irritated, resulting in vagus nerve injury. It is possible to lose weight as a result of decreased hunger. Also possible are acid reflux, cramping, vomiting, and severe constipation.
4. Fatigue
Insulin can assist diabetics in bringing out-of-control blood sugar levels under control. However, if you consume an excessive amount of food, your body may be unable to replace the glucose it has lost. As a result, you may experience physical and mental exhaustion.
5. Heartbeat
The most common cause of a decrease in glucose is an unfavorable reaction to diabetic therapy. If your blood sugar is too low, the hormones that help raise it may also increase your heart rate and make you feel like your heart is skipping a beat (arrhythmia).
6. Shakiness
The shaking or trembling of your hands and other body parts may indicate low blood sugar levels. In order to increase blood sugar levels, the body secretes chemicals that may cause trembling or dizziness.
