The verdict was issued by the Makadara Law Courts after the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) conducted investigations and concluded that Chirchir is liable for the said offences.
“……and also help the company in its case concerning the illegal sale of two (2) tons of Kentegra dried pyrethrum flowers to Pyrethrum Processing Company of Kenya.”
Chirchir was arraigned on Tuesday where he was charged with the two offences and released on a bond of Ksh.200,000 with one surety of the same amount with an option of Ksh.100,000 cash bail.
