Apart from his iconic role as Jesus, Brian Deacon has played characters like Heumac in “The Feathered Serpent” (1976, 1978), Frank Miles in the TV series “Lillie” (1978), and Oswald Deuce in Peter Greenaway’s film “A Zed & Two Noughts” (1985).
More recently, he has contributed to projects like “The Projectionist” (2012), “The Night of the Rabbit” (2013) video game, “Mistaken” (2013), and “Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords” (2004) video game.
Despite his varied roles, Brian Deacon is often remembered as Jesus. He took on the role at the age of 30 and was reportedly the only British actor in an all-Israeli cast.
