Zinchenko believes he is most suited to play in midfield, and 90min claims he is willing to go on to play in that position.

Arsenal and West Ham United are two of his biggest fans, with the former promising him minutes in midfield next season.

Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey are undisputed starters when fit, so it’s uncertain what role Zinchenko will play.

Partey has experienced injury issues in both of his seasons at the club, but Zinchenko may not want to rely on the same to get into the starting XI.
