More problems for Jürgen Klopp. Seven days before facing Real Madrid in the Champions League final, Thiago Alcántara was forced off injured before half-time of Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Wolverhampton.
He will undergo a scan in the coming days to determine his availability for the UCL Final in Paris.
The German coach himself, speaking after the game on Sky Sports, left his participation up in the air: “I think he will be out of the final, but I don’t know. He’s limping, so it’s not the best sign.”
