Paris Saint-Germain Ligue 1 squad to face Angers tonight, which included top players like Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos and his countryman, Neymar Junior were all spotted wearing the customised shirt which has the face of Pele on it with the word ‘ETERNO’ before kick-off at the Parc des Princes.
This gesture from Paris Saint-Germain honouring Pele with a customised shirt before kickoff against Angers at the Parc des Princes tonight has attracted reactions from football fans and social media users, as some have seen it as respect to Pele, while some said they also wants Messi World Cup to be honoured too.
You will recall that Pele passed away at the age of 82 after battling with cancer.
