The Anfield Giants suffered a disappointing defeat in the match as they lost 1-0 to Salzburg who claimed the win thanks to a lone goal from Benjamin Sesko Darwin Nunez’s made the starting lineup for Liverpool Football Club in today’s match against Salzburg.
The Uruguayan International returned to default settings for Liverpool as he put up an unconvincing performance against RB Salzburg.
Well, in today’s article I will be sharing some flaws observed in Darwin Nunez’s performance in the match against Salzburg.
1, Poor Ball Control.
The Liverpool Attackers did really well in giving Darwin Nunez some good supplies offensively which he couldn’t utilize against RB Salzburg.
The 22-year-old had a really poor control of the ball in the match as he couldn’t stick in his feet to capitalise on the chances created for him against RB Salzburg.
2, Awful Finishing In Front Of Goal.
As I said earlier great chances were created for Darwin Nunez in the match but he couldn’t convert any of them for the Anfield Giants.
His finishing in front of goal were really poor and unconvincing in today’s match.
The Uruguayan International needs to work on these aspects of his game to be at his best for Liverpool next season.
