As it stands now, Manchester city are the favourites to win the 2022/23 UEFA champions league season. Despite the fact that Real Madrid eliminated them from the competition in the 2021/22 season, they currently looks like the potential winners next season. This is because they added Erling Haaland and Kalvin Phillips to their squad.
However, Liverpool are considered as the second favourite to win the most prestigious title in Europe. The Merseyside reds reached the finals of the 2021/22 season and lost to Real Madrid in the finals. They have reached the finals twice in the past five years and are the second favourites to win the trophy next season.
Their squad looked very solid in the previous season as they reached the finals of all the cup competitions they participated in. Paris Saint-Germain has one of the best attacking forward in Europe’s top five leagues. They have an attacking combination of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe.
It was a disappointment to see Paris Saint-Germain crash out the 2021/22 Champions league competition in the round of 16. However, they are one of the favourites to win the title next season. Bayern Munich is also ranked above Real Madrid , Chelsea and Barcelona.
This is because of their defensive strength. They will be one toughest team to beat in the competition next season. Despite the fact that Barcelona has signed many players this summer, there is no Guarantee their team will do better next season.
