This season, one of the player who is currently on top form is Eirling Haaland. The Norwegian has been outstanding since joining the Premier League this season.
Haaland scored twice in his second Premier League matches. He went on to score two hatricks one during their 4-2 win against Crystal Palace and 6-0 against Nottingham forest. He has now scored 11 goals in eight matches.
He is known to be one of the best finishers in Europe following his good run in the recent seasons. His pace and and great finishing skills has always been giving top defenders a headache.
However, one of the Premier League defender who might give Haaland a headache is Lisandro Martinez. Martinez has developed to become one of the key player for Manchester United this season.
The Argentine defender joined United this season from Ajax. At Ajax, he was one of the key player for Erik Ten Hag where they won three consecutive Eredivise titles. He came to Manchester United and has helped their defence to improve.
Martinez has won man of the match award twice this season. He has been giving top strikers a headache which includes Mohammed Salah, Diego Jota, Diaz, Gabriel Jesus among others.
He has played a major role for Manchester United top perfomance in the recent matches. He will have a big task to stop Haaland in their next match.
