Anthony Elanga and Marcus Rashford, both wingers, spent their formative years and all the way up to the first team at Manchester United. While Rashford joined Manchester United’s academy in 2005 and made the first team in 2015, Elanga joined the academy in 2014 and will make his debut with the first team in 2021.
Midfielders Phil Foden and Cole Palmer both got their start at Manchester City and eventually made it to the first team. Foden was promoted to the first team in 2017, and Palmer will join him in 2020.
Trent Alexander Arnold and Curtis Jones both spent a combined 14 years in Liverpool’s youth system before making it to the big leagues.
Ansu Fati, who graduated from the Barcelona academy in 2019, and Pablo Gavi, who made his debut the following year (2021), round out the top four.
Both English wingers, Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka, made their Arsenal debuts in 2018.
