Anthony Elanga and Marcus Rashford, both wingers, spent their formative years and all the way up to the first team at Manchester United. While Rashford joined Manchester United’s academy in 2005 and made the first team in 2015, Elanga joined the academy in 2014 and will make his debut with the first team in 2021.

Midfielders Phil Foden and Cole Palmer both got their start at Manchester City and eventually made it to the first team. Foden was promoted to the first team in 2017, and Palmer will join him in 2020.
