According to an interview with Lynn Ngugi on the show, Emma met the man and did not care if he was married or not; all she wanted was to be loved.
However, ten years later, Emma regrets allowing herself to be used by the married man to teach another woman a lesson. Unfortunately, the man went back to his first wife and wants nothing to do with Emma and their two children. She said,
“I was married as a second wife to teach another woman a lesson but now he wants nothing to do with me and our kids.”
