Dutch manager Erik Ten Hag made several changes to the team that faced Arsenal on Sunday bringing in the likes of Anthony Elanga, Cristiano Ronaldo, Casemiro, Fred Harry Maguire, and Victor Lindelof.
The Red Devils started the match on a high end and dominated the entire first half showing great attacking football in the half. Manchester United kept on attacking and creating helping the team remain in the match.
However, some players were brilliant in the match today and helped the Red Devils get better results against the La Liga side.
United had a decent performance and Danish midfield Christian Eriksen proved again why he has been considered one of the best players at Old Trafford this season.
He was playing in a more offensive role today but he dominate the midfield and created. a lot of chances. Eriksen made a couple of long through balls, though passes and some crosses into the box.
