Ronaldo returned to Manchester United this season. The Red Devils got the Portuguese star from Juventus.

So far, Ronaldo’s performances with the Red Devils have been quite good. The 37-year-old player is able to score 24 goals and make three assists in 39 matches.

Despite being able to become MU’s goal machine, Ronaldo has not been able to bring his team to compete in the top four of the Premier League. Ronaldo is often considered to cause a lot of problems for the team.

Sheringham firmly disagrees if Ronaldo is considered the source of trouble for his former club.

“I think it’s cruel to label him like that,” Sheringham told the Manchester Evening News.

“I think you have to change your style of play if you want to play with Ronaldo, because now, at the end of his career, he is not a great No.

“If you leave the club with just Ronaldo, he’s not a winger anymore, he’s not a No. 10 and he’s not a No. 9, but he scored.” “He’s amazing,” he continued.

If Ronaldo is the only one you have, you need to bring in two or three more strikers. I don’t know how much money they will spend, but if you only have Ronaldo, you need a few more players to strengthen the squad. “
