1. Breast Lump that is painless and hard. It is normal for you to see a lump in your breasts that is caused by gynecomastia but it shouldn’t be hard and painless completely. So if you notice a painless lump that is hard or immobile, then it could be something else.
2. Discharge; this has to do with the leakage of fluid from the breasts due to cancer. Fluid leakage should not be taken for granted as it’s one of the signs of cancer of the breast even in men and for your own good, ensure you don’t take it for granted.
3. Itchy breasts or underarm area due to the enlargement. If you start feeling itchy in the swollen breast, then it should be given attention because it could be something more serious than gynecomastia.
