The 22 years old was signed by Manchester City football club few months ago, following his outstanding performance for River Plate FC last season, and he was sent back to the club on short loan till the end of the season.

The youngster has been superb for his Argentine club-side this season, and he was able to prove himself again on Wednesday, as he scored six beautiful goals for the club.

Julian Alvarez opened scoring for the home team in the 15th minutes, and he doubled the lead in the 18th minutes before he completed his hat-trick in the 41st minutes to end the first half 3-0.

Santiago Simon made it 4-0 in the 53rd minutes, and Julian Alvarez scored his 4th goal in the 54th minutes. The Argentine made it 6-0 in the 57th minutes, and substitute Elias Gomez made it 7-0 in the 79th minutes.

Julian Alvarez scored his last goal of the game in the 83rd minutes before Pablo Damian scored a consolation goal for the away team in the 89th minutes via a penalty kick to end the match 8-1.

Julian Alvarez was fantastic for River Plate football club throughout the whole duration of the game, and he was able to mark his excellent performance with six goals.

The victory over Alianza Lima football club of Peru has now taken River Plate FC to the top spot of the group F of Copa Libertadores, with 16 points from 6 matches played.
