Ingredients

1. Groundnuts

2. Salt

3. Dried pepper

Method

1. Pick the groundnuts and make sure that it is neat.

2. Place pan on heat and put some salt at the base of the pot to roast the groundnuts. Allow the salt to heat for about 5 minutes before putting the groundnuts into the pan.

3. Roast the groundnuts by stiring continuously to avoid burning.

4. When it is done, pour into a tray and allow it to cool down. Remove the cover of the groundnuts and transfer into a bowl. Add the dry pepper and grind in a blender. You can also take the groundnuts to a local mill. Blend and pour into bowl.

5. Add salt to taste. Knead and roll to release enough oil to fry the kuli kuli from the blended groundnut.

6. Roll into desired shapes and fry in the oil that was collected from the grinded groundnut. Fry in batches and serve. Store in air tight container.
