Al Nassr has been on a mission to build a formidable team, and their efforts have been nothing short of impressive. With signings such as Ronaldo and Mane already under their belt, they have become a force to be reckoned with.
However, their sights are now set on Ronaldo’s former Real Madrid teammate, Casemiro. While Al Nassr’s ambitions are commendable, Al Ahli has unfortunately been caught in the crossfire.
Al Nassr making things difficult for Al Ahli
During the summer transfer window, Al Ahli had expressed a keen interest in signing Sadio Mane. In a recent statement, Al Ahli’s president, Khaled Al Essa, revealed, “Al Ahli were the first to contact Sadio Mané, and we negotiated with him before Al Nassr.”
Al Ahli believed they had secured the talented forward, yet just 48 hours later, Mane signed with Al Nassr instead. This turn of events left Al Ahli feeling disillusioned and frustrated. Al Essa further expressed his disappointment by stating, “Al Ahli is the club that has received the least support this summer.”

Unfortunately for Al Ahli, history seems to be on the verge of repeating itself. Both Al Nassr and Al Ahli are now vying to sign the defensive midfielder, Casemiro.
However, the edge, once again, appears to be with Al Nassr, and this time they have Cristiano Ronaldo to thank for it.

It appears that Al Nassr has the advantage in the pursuit of signing Casemiro, despite interest from Al Ahli and Al Hilal. Recent reports suggest that negotiations are already underway between the team and the player to facilitate this transfer.
On top of that it is being reported that Cristiano Ronaldo is acting as an Intermediary between both parties to make this move happen.
