Real Madrid striker, Karim Benzema has returned to the full training and will be available for this Sunday’s match against Osasuna.
The veteran striker as healed from the muscular injury he sustained during the Los Blancos last UEFA Champions League match against Scottish giants, Celtic and should be fit enough to make the starting eleven from now on.
The upcoming stretch of games for the Spanish heavyweights are crucial, therefore Carlo Ancelotti may want to be cautious with the France international on Sunday, as the match against Osasuna at the Santiago Bernabeu should be manageable for the European Champions.
Since Benzema was ruled out with an injury, Brazil attacker, Rodrygo has effectively filled in for the 34-year-old.
But Fede Valverde’s presence in the middle of the field has been extremely beneficial thus far, so it’s likely that Rodrygo will only be among the substitutes when Madrid plays big opposition like Barcelona or Sevilla next month.
The spanish team have their captain and attacking leader back, so this is good news for the club.
