The Brazilian’s current contract with Real Madrid expires in the summer of 2024. Los Blancos want to keep him beyond that time frame and have offered him a three-year extension.
Vinicius, on the other hand, is dissatisfied with the proposed contract offer, which would expire at the end of the 2026-27 season, as well as the wages he is being offered.
According to El Nacional, the 22-year-old Brazilian international believes he is entitled to be one of the club’s highest-paid players.
