Chelsea owner Tedd Boehly is planning a massive rebuild worth up to £200 million. This rebuild could see up to six signings arriving at the club. Chelsea is yet to sign a single player this summer, but they are getting very close to landing their first transfer deal under the todd Boehly era.
Chelsea has an agreement with Manchester City in place for Raheem Sterling, while Matthijs de Ligt is also close to joining the blue as negotiations with Juventus is still going on.
Two other key players on the transfer list are also on Barcelona’s list, and they have to battle the Spanish gaint over player signings this summer. Both sides are interested in Jules Kounde and Raphinha, while Chelsea is also linked with Ousmane Dembele and Frenkie de Jong.
Chelsea has an agreement with Leeds in place for Raphina which is worth £60M, while talks are ongoing with Kounde.
Laporta, Barcelona’s president, spoke to the media at the weekend to deliver an update on the quartet, providing Chelsea with a transfer warning.
