The Catalan giants will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they lock horns with Real Madrid in their next game in the Copa del Rey competition this week.
According to reports coming from Mundo Deportivo, Barca manager Xavi Hernandez has sent out a serious message to his players before his team’s clash against bitter rivals Real Madrid.
The report has it that Xavi has spoken to his players at training today as he told them “We are at a key moment, we have to recover our passion”.
The report adds that the Catalan giants head into the game on Thursday night from consecutive defeats to Manchester United and Almeria and without some key players due to injury. It remains to be seen if these reports are true.
