But some people’s blood do not circulate properly either due to problems in the heart, the blood vessels, or even the blood itself. Some diseases that affects any of these things may cause poor blood circulation.

Poor blood circulation may cause feelings of numbness in the hands and legs,loss of hair especially on the legs, poor healing of wounds etc.

To improve your blood circulation, you can take the following steps.

3. Manage stress.

Stress is involved in almost every human effort but we must try to manage it. Too much stress will cause the body to be in a fight or flight mode which may adversely affect blood circulation.
